University Student Cook-Off

In our Student Cook-off, universities would compete to win the “new best tasting meat product” award created by students. Criterias need to be met Meet the creators of these products and get to know more about their scholastic achievements. Root for your favorite product and give them your vote! Their meat products will be supplemented with lunch on the exhibit floor.

Specialty Meetings

These seminars are usually held right on the showfloor. Attendees can take a break from walking around the show floor and come learn more about the industry.

Wine Tasting & Other Floor Entertainment

For the attendee's enjoyment, NMA holds Wine Tasting on the show floor. All attendees are welcomed to sip, savor and compare fine wines available at sponsoring exhibitor booths. Wines are usually from the various regions of the US.

You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers. NMA's consultants corner is designed for one-on-one discussions. In addition, it allows you to give us comments on how we might better serve the meat industry.

Cash Giveaway & Margarita Farewell

Before heading home, attendees can come by the exhibit floor not only to finalize business transactions, but also to try your hand at getting some $$$. Cash prizes would be given to lucky people just for being there to close the show. Just like on the gaming floor, you need to be present to collect your money. This event is open to all registered attendees.
